Terms & Conditions

The Course:

You must attend the chosen class on a punctual basis unless prevent by events beyond your control. The school reserves the right to not enter students into IDTA exams if they fail to achieve the correct standard. In special circumstances the school reserves the right to change the timing and/or content of the class and to substitute the teacher at any time.

Fees:

Fees must be paid by the 2nd week of the month/term in full. The school reserves the right to remove/exclude any student who fails to pay on time.

Liability:

You must not bring items of special value into the studio building. The school will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to special property or loss of profits.

Covid 19:

Students will adhere to a strict one way system through the building, failure to do so will result in students being removed from class. Students will be met at the entrance by senior staff and escorted out of the building to parents. No parents allowed in the building during class timetable. The use of hand sanitiser is compulsory upon entering the building. The Students must arrive dressed for class and are not allowed to change in the bathrooms on site. Students must bring a labelled water bottle to class and bring all property into the dance studio at the start of each class.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

Filming and photography will take place at The Red Shoes School Of Dance with parental consent

The Red Shoes School Of Dance will adhere to the following Rules and Guidelines with regards to Photography and Filming:

1. Images of Children posted on social media and websites will not be identified.

2. To reduce the risk of inappropriate use of images only images deemed suitable will be used.

3. Anyone with any complaints about images posted on the web can speak to the Principal and the images will be removed.
